Day 10- Plaza de Armas Part 1

Today we decided to take it a little easy and explore the streets and alleys of Cusco.

We spent most our day in and around the Plaza de Armas. This is the centre of all Cuscos tourism.

We tried to go to the Museo Inka and Museo Choco, but both were closed. We ended up going to the museum of Coca. Coca leaves are very popular here, as they help with the altitude and a whole lot of other ailments. Max was more interested in the serpent bannister.

As we continued our journey through the alleyways, we came across a courtyard filled with llamas. Max was extremely excited at first, but when he found out he was allowed to get close to them he reconsidered and turned to run the other way.

We are linch on a balcony overlooking the plaza. Max amused himself by shouting at the people down below.
